Project Management (PMO) is an essential function for organisations, because it helps to ensure the correct execution of the strategic plan through an active follow-up that develops periodic checks, activates alerts and carries out quarterly or annual reviews.
In this way, both the interest and the concentration on the objectives and projects of the plan are maintained at very high levels, without being affected by the passage of time, making it possible to achieve the objectives and results set.
